If you answered yes to all of these questions, then Teamworks Hub’s Employability Programme is just for you! This is a FREE 6 date programme to help you kick-start your future!

● Explore over 100+ careers/sectors on the Springpod virtual work experience platform.
● Identify your strengths and gain support with your personal development.
● Attend C.V clinic and receive one-to-one support with interviewing techniques.
● Learn about money and budget management to help with your transition into employment.
● Learn about mental health awareness and employment expectations.
● Benefit from panel discussions with select employers
● Be inspired by local young people like you who have had successful career journeys starting from where you are!
● Build confidence and teambuilding through FREE karting events!
● Travel costs, including taxis are covered!
● The programme concludes with a Talent Finders Day where you meet many employers of a wide range of sectors all with current entry level jobs. During the Talent Finders Day you will be able to discuss employment opportunities, make applications and arrange interviews!

What is the Teamworks Hub Employability Programme?
The Employability Programme is a structured course designed to help you develop the skills, confidence and experience needed to move into employment, education or training. It combines practical workshops, CV writing techniques, ideas on how to present yourself in the most positive way in interviews and developing work placed readiness.
What makes this programme unique is the interactive elements, that are included.
1: The chance to utilise the Springpod Virtual work experience platform – An immersive introduction into working at hundreds of different employers
2: Learn teambuilding skills and have fun with your cohort through karting sessions delivered on site!
3: Attend a Talent Finders Day. A unique jobs fair that we run at the end of the programme. Meet 20+ employers with entry level positions ready to go. Put your best foot forward and move straight into employment.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is designed for young adults aged 19-29 who are not currently in employment, education or training (NEET), or who need additional support to progress into sustainable work or further learning.
What will I learn?
You will develop key employability skills including CV writing, interview techniques, professional communication, teamwork and time management. The programme also covers topics such as goal setting, confidence building, mental health awareness and financial literacy to help you prepare for both work and life.
Will I gain work experience?
Yes. Participants gain access to virtual work experience opportunities across a wide range of career sectors, helping you explore different industries and understand what employers are looking for. You will also have the opportunity to meet employers directly through Talent Finders Day.
How long does the programme last?
The programme runs through 5 x structured sessions. The 6th day is the Talent Finders Day.
Is there any cost to join?
No. The Employability Programme is free to eligible participants.

What outcomes can I expect?
Many participants progress into employment, apprenticeships, further education or accredited training. While outcomes depend on individual effort and opportunity, the programme is designed to give you the tools and support needed to succeed.
