What is Talent Finders Day?

Talent Finders Day is a dedicated jobs fair and recruitment event hosted by Teamworks Hub where participants meet multiple employers who are actively recruiting for entry-level roles. It’s designed to help young people explore career opportunities, apply for jobs and connect directly with hiring organisations.

When and where does Talent Finders Day take place?

Talent Finders Day events are held periodically throughout the year at the Teamworks Birmingham City venue on Fazeley Street in Digbeth, Birmingham. B5 5SE.

What happens at Talent Finders Day?

During Talent Finders Day participants can:

It’s more than a typical job fair — it’s a chance for exhibitors to bring live entry level positions and meet hundreds of outstanding candidates, including candidates who will have just completed our own employability programmes!

Which employers attend Talent Finders Day?

A wide range of employers participate, including public, private and third-sector organisations. Previous events have featured representatives from industries such as retail, healthcare, security, technology, social care and more. Diversity is key! We bring hundreds of candidates to the event and look for a diverse range of employers who can offer pathways into immediate training and employment!

What should stall holders bring?

Employers should bring banners, literature and information about employment opportunities. Interactive stalls are welcome as well! Employers have brought food demonstration tables, Interactive computer experiences, skills building games. Employers often find good results bringing brochures with QR codes linking to live job opportunities for candidates.
